  Founding executive. Architected and led delivery of the cloud-native platform covering client management, care planning, rostering, compliance, finance, billing and reporting, replacing what would otherwise be a stack of disconnected SaaS tools. Lead the engineering team as a working architect, and lead the safe introduction of LLM features into a regulated clinical platform.

  NLC novated leasing ERP

  One platform, built from a blank sheet, running the whole business.

  Designed and built the web-based ERP covering the complete lease lifecycle, from sales quoting to termination, consolidating a stack of ageing internal systems. Owned it end-to-end as sole technical authority for 16 years, with heavy automation of payroll feeds, lease payments and fuel-card reconciliation. Led the technical integration into SG Fleet after acquisition.

  Part of the team that developed the tech to merge PDF templates with data files and intelligently routed documents to a network of remote printers, cutting physical mail costs for large enterprise senders. Worked on the document composition, data merging and print-routing logic at the heart of very large mail runs.

  A native macOS product owned end-to-end.

  Designed and built a native macOS application in Objective-C for an Australian school timetabling specialist, giving schools an interactive way to work with solver-produced timetables. Owned UX, architecture, implementation, release and support.
